Supply Chain Analyst


Job duties:


  • Coordinate the adjustment of inventory levels of stock; consider labor and acquisition costs in determining appropriate par levels for cost efficient inventory management;
  • Analyze and monitor inventory levels by excel and company ERP system to authorize volume purchases regarding inventory levels;
  • Maintain databases, prepare reports, track product flow, and develop solutions to supply chain problems and inefficiencies;
  • Gather required raw data for forecasting, planning and logistical management of consigned needs; develop data-driven recommendations, using advanced analytics and quantitative techniques;
  • Conduct day-to- day Inventory Management activities that include, but are not limited to, under performing sets in the field, outperforming sets, back order needs, and incomplete sets review;
  • Model and analyze various supply chain scenarios (including ad-hoc requests), prepare cost/benefit analysis of proposed changes;
  • Prepare and analyze inventory efficiency for monthly scorecards and sales trends reports versus forecasts by excel for the company’s direct markets;
  • Assist with day to day logistical activities required to ensure product is available to meet customer demand and maintain operational effectiveness;
  • Act as primary liaison between international sales force and internal Operations to define inventory needs for new and existing distribution opportunities and work with Sales Managers to optimize field instrument and implant configurations.

Job requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering or in a closely related discipline;
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines;
  • Must be authorized to work legally in the United States.
